Small intimate size, friendly and helpful staff, great location
At our first dinner, I asked what kind of chardonnay was available by the glass. I was told only a Quebec chardonnay. Upon looking thru the wine list later, I discovered many other chardonnays available. I was disappointed but I think it was a language issue as the sommalier was not that familiar with English

Room was very comfortable and clean.
Interior public areas of hotel are not airconditioned which meant they were hot and humid during our July visit. Exterior areas (E.G.patio) were not well maintained. Wood deck needed to be resealed and had mildew. Walkway to beach was dilapidated and closed. It looked like it had been closed for a long time. All service personnel leave for night and do not return until 7:30 in the morning. Clearly not meeting Relais & Chateau standards. Extremely poor value at $450 a night!
